Dr. Larry Hutti

It is with great sadness that we notify the Logan community of the passing of longtime faculty member, Dr. Larry Hutti.

Dr. Hutti was a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic Class of 1951, ran a private practice for 30 years and later became a Professor at Logan College and President of the Alumni Association. He was a Permanent Deacon ordained in 1981 and served at Ascension Catholic Church in Chesterfield for 23 years. The College, its students, faculty, and staff held a special place in his heart as he did in all of ours. He will be missed.

Hutti, Lawrence J., D.C. January 21, 2014. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. Beloved husband for over 50 years of the late Mary Jane Hutti (nee Quante). Devoted father of Stephen (Deb), Mark (Judy), David (Maurice), Daniel (Teresa) Hutti and Martha (Craig) Engler. Loving grandfather of Lisa Peters, Sean and Kevin (Cindy) Neary, Heather (Sean) Kelly, Ashley (Mark) Brusius, Matt, Tim (Emily), Pat (Kristen), Jonathan, Dan, Emily & Ellen Hutti; great-grandfather of Tyler and Abigail Peters, Max, and Cosette Hutti and Henry Lawrence Brusius. Dear brother of James (Betty) Hutti. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle cousin & friend.

Visitation will be Friday January 24, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at O’SULLIVAN-MUCKLE MORTUARY, 13996 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield, MO 63017. Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 25, 2014 at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church, 15642 Clayton Rd., Ellisville, MO 63011. Donations to the Passionate Nuns, 15700 Clayton Rd., Ellisville MO 63011 preferred. Interment Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Cemetery, Dardenne MO.
